General partner BENEDIXUS OU (ID 14733195, registered in Estonia) has been appointed as the management company of the FUND. BENEDIXUS OÜ is registered by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (EFSA Resolution of 10 October 2022 Ref 4.1-1/168 ) as an unlicensed manager of small alternative investment funds. It does not hold a fund management company or small fund manager license and is not subject to the supervision of the EFSA. BENEDIXUS OÜ was issued a financial institution license FFA000350 by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (RAB/FIU) on September 30, 2019. BENEDIXUS OÜ is supervised by the FIU and BENEDIXUS OÜ is required to fulfill reporting obligations to the FIU.

BENEDIXUS OU (ID 14733195, registered in Estonia) has been appointed as the registrar of the fund units issued by the FUND. According to the approval of the investors, the fund units may be registered through the Estonian Central Registrar of Securities – Nasdaq CSD SE

The main objective is to invest in assets that are already diversified in terms of risk (tied to a territory or activity) according to one’s own business strategy, for example:

Enterprise with customers from 3+ or more unrelated territories
An enterprise that is not tied to a single geographic location (an IT business or an enterprise with several offices in different territories that may replace each other).
An enterprise that has several unrelated lines of business that can hedge each other.

The investment term is usually 1-3 years. The marginal cost per asset is 5% of the fund’s net asset value.

The FUND will not provide direct public advertising and marketing to retail clients.

The FUND will not publish a Prospectus in accordance with Article 2(d) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC (“Regulation 2017/1129”) [1]

Qualified investors;
