Securities are issued with an Estonian ISIN (International Securities Identification Number);
In Estonia, shares must be registered in the Estonian Central Register of Securities, so upon registration in the central register, shares receive a unique internationally recognized identification code (ISIN).
To receive securities, an investor must have a securities account with an EU investment company or bank. If there is no account, Benedixus helps to open a temporary account with the NASDAQ CSD depository;
